3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on our Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Delivery Area: We deliver within Kuala Lumpur area only
  • Pricing: All prices in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), subject to change without notice
  • Payment Processing: All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Failed Payments: Orders with failed payments will be cancelled
  • Taxes: Applicable Malaysian taxes included in displayed prices
  • No Modifications: Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled

6. Food Safety and Allergies

  • Delivery Area: Kuala Lumpur area only
  • Delivery Times: Estimates only, actual times may vary due to traffic
  • Pickup: Available during business hours (check Google Maps for current hours)
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure delivery address is accurate and accessible
  • Failed Deliveries: Customer responsible for incorrect addresses

8. Intellectual Property

All content, and data on this Service, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Pause Café and are protected by applicable Malaysian and international laws.

You may not use our Service:

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The information on this Service is provided on an ‘as is‘ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Service.

In no event shall Pause Café, Stack Auth, Stripe, Neon DB, or their suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Service, except where prohibited by Malaysian law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Changes will be communicated through your Stack Auth registered email address.
